TEM-3770 Series filters are specifically designed for the filtration of inert and anhydrous corrosive gases, (less than 1 ppb).

This sintered nickel fiber media has excellent flow rates at low differential pressures. Superior to PTFE membrane.

Preconditioned units offer the following "out of bag" features:
  • No more than 1 paticle/ft3
  • Less than 10 ppb THC
  • Less than 10 ppb moisture
